Accounting Manager

Unity Search has partnered with growing Oil and Gas services company who is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a professional looking to take ownership of critical financial processes and lead a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the monthly closing checklist and process.
• Review accounting entries and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Lead and mentor a team of senior and staff accountants.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, preferably within industries involving heavy equipment or inventory.
• 2-3 years of managerial experience, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with SAP is required
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
