Our Client is looking for an Accounting Manager to help their team!
Salary: $95,000- $120,000

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:
- Manage month-end close, cash reconciliation, and deliver timely/accurate financials for the site
- Document procedures and drive knowledge transfer to internal team for a seamless leadership transition
- Support ad hoc financial reporting and inquiries for sales, customer service, and management
- Reconcile inventory and sales figures across entities to ensure data integrity
- Maintain operational finance excellence with a strong focus on details and process visibility
Must-Have Skills/Experience
- 5+ years of accounting experience in distribution/manufacturing or similar environments
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP); ERP system experience (DDI, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks)
- Strong ability to document procedures and communicate clearly in a small team environment
