Job Title: Plant Accounting Manager  Part Time 24 hrs. per week


Job Purpose:
Oversee financial transactions of the organization, managing accounts payable, assisting with sales tax compliance, and training staff members. Reports to Controller.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) personnel and ownership of US AP processes
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise on a day-to-day basis
  • Review AP aging and vendor statements to ensure items over 60 days are addressed
  • Manage AP cash forecasting allowing for rolling 60-day spend expectation
  • Manage Avalara software: sales tax reconciliation and filing
  • Utilize IFS ERP software and other programs for all company sites
  • Lead and support the implementation of AP auto-matching tools, ensuring accurate three-way match processes and seamless integration with existing ERP systems
  • Analyze and optimize established processes
  • Assist with month end close and annual audit
  • Any additional finance-related duties as requested

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years’ experience as AP/AR manager
  • IFS ERP experience preferred
  • Effective organization and communication Skills
  • Detail Oriented

Salary depends on experience.
