Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Credit And Collections Rep to support the management of supplier and customer contracts in our Englewood, CO office. This is a full-time position, salaried position with hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day work from home).

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Credit And Collections Rep to support the management of supplier and customer contracts in our Englewood, CO office. This is a full-time position, salaried position with hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day work from home).
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluation of contracts for payments to customers and receipt of payments from suppliers in various negotiated programs.
- Assist in negotiating all short and long term payment plans, including preparation of promissory note documentation, personal guaranty and UCC1 security agreements.
- Identify and develop value-added financial reports, identify financial risks and opportunities, ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, and drive key initiatives.
- Identify process improvements, recommend solutions, and manage their execution while providing leadership and direction to a team of 1 or more accountants.
- Lead month-end financial close, including (1) providing month end closing deliverables, (2) reviewing and approving account reconciliations, and control activities, including (1) documenting standard operating procedures and (2) ensuring compliance with corporate financial policies
- Support accounting and forecasting needs working closely with internal departments/stakeholders, including Sales, Merchandising, and Operations.
- Ensure accurate reporting and timely resolution of both customer rebates and supplier rebates.
- Implement, maintain, and enhance SOX controls and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years accounting/finance experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP, particularly revenue
recognition - Advanced user of Microsoft Excel including working with large,
complex data sets
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience managing Accounting/Finance Staff
strongly preferred - Masters in Accounting or Finance
- CPA
- Experience in contract management
- Foodservice or food distribution service
- Power BI
- Blackline
Salary: $105,000 - $120,000
