Summary: A well-established and growing organization in the greater Grand Rapids area is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead key accounting operations and support ongoing process improvements within the finance team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
• Supervise and develop a small team across AP and accounting functions
• Support audit and tax processes, partnering with external advisors
• Oversee treasury-related activities, including payment workflows
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies across accounting operations
