Develop your team: Supervise, coach, and support accounting staff while building accountability and encouraging professional growth.
Improve how we work: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen internal controls, and create more efficient accounting workflows.
Support compliance: Maintain accounting policies and controls while assisting with audits, tax-related activities, fixed assets, and other compliance requirements.
Adapt and problem-solve: Take ownership of challenges, manage competing priorities, and help the team navigate the needs of a growing business.
