Shared Services Accounting ManagerLocation: Houston, TexasCompensation: $120,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experienceJoin a dynamic manufacturing company as a Shared Services Accounting Manager, where you'll lead the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to optimize processes and implement controls in a fast‑paced environment. The role is open due to growth, and you'll be an integral part of the monthly close process, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.Key Responsibilities & DutiesManage and mentor AR and AP teams for high performanceOversee day‑to‑day AR and AP operationsEnsure timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliationsCollaborate with supply chain and production planningEvaluate and streamline AR/AP processes for efficiencySupport internal and external auditsMitigate risks by enforcing credit policiesServe as point of contact for AR/AP escalationsRequired Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field7+ years in AR and AP roles, 3+ years in manufacturingProficient in Excel and accounting softwareStrong leadership and team‑building skillsNice to Have Skills & ExperienceProfessional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, PMP)Experience with ERP SystemsAbility to manipulate large amounts of dataComprehensive benefits package providedOur client is unable to provide sponsorship at this time.We are an equal opportunity employer.
