LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a stable, privately held energy company to identify an experienced Accounting Manager. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers broad exposure across accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, audits, and systems while leading a team of two.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close

• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports

• Oversee AP, AR, fixed assets, treasury, and vendor management

• Support GAAP financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance

• Administer and optimize the ERP system

• Supervise and mentor two accounting team members

• Assist with budgeting, internal controls, and special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Public accounting experience strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls

• ERP experience required; Sage Intacct experience is a plus

• CPA preferred

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
