You'll focus on optimizing financial and human resources while supporting our overall mission to serve the reentry and recovery community. Pay for this position is commensurate with experience.Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable and receivable and cash flowProcess payrollPrepare financial reports and assist with budgetingMaintain financial and corporate recordsEnsure compliance with financial policies and GAAP standardsAssist with grant reporting and auditsHR Administer employee benefits and payrollSupport recruitment, onboarding, and employee relationsImplement HR policies and ensure legal complianceQualifications 5+ years; experience in full-cycle bookkeeping and HR (nonprofit experience preferred)Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting or financeProficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office Suite & Google WorkspaceStrong understanding of nonprofit accounting principles and HR best practicesExcellent organizational, communication, and analytical skillsHigh integrity and ability to handle confidential informationWe're Looking For A self-motivated professional with a transparent leadership styleSomeone who can engage diverse groups effectivelyAn individual established and growing in their Christian faith#J-18808-Ljbffr
