Accounting Manager

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager / Controller:

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial reporting and consolidations across multiple entities/locations
• Create and improve accounting SOPs and internal processes
• Oversee inventory accounting, profitability reporting, and sales tax compliance
• Monitor daily financial reporting and key business metrics
• Support AP/AR oversight, benefits administration, and 401(k) management

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager / Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvement
• Multi-entity or multi-location accounting experience preferred
• Inventory accounting experience strongly preferred
