Description
Qcells is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager will be a key member of the Accounting Department and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial accounting and provide innovative solutions for policy and process improvements. The main responsibilities include performing a variety of tasks ranging from routine to complex analysis and playing a critical part in accounting operations, such as managing monthly closing processes, performing various GL accounting functions, owning revenue transaction reviews, conducting technical accounting research, leading process innovation projects, preparing accounting reports, etc. Also, the Accounting Manager will collaborate with the key stakeholders to understand and identify risks associated with current process and system, provide methodologies to optimize operational efficiency and drive improvements and automation where possible
This position is based out of our offices in Santa Clara or San Francisco, CA, with regular presence required in the San Francisco office, as determined by business needs and the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the Company policies.

The applicable salary range is based on the employee’s primary work location. Individual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and other business-related factors.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
