Salary: $140,000-$160,000

Key Responsibilities (Accounting Manager):

• 
  
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• 
  
• Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets, and balance sheet accounts
• 
  
• Review financial statements, investigate variances, and provide meaningful financial analysis to leadership
• 
  
• Manage, mentor, and develop accounting team members while overseeing workload, priorities, and performance
• 
  
• Develop, document, and implement accounting SOPs, policies, and internal controls
• 
  
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting, reduce manual work, and strengthen financial controls
• 
  
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and other financial planning activities
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications (Accounting Manager):

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 
  
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 
  
• 3+ years of direct people management and team development experience
• 
  
• Strong general ledger, financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end close, and audit experience
• 
  
• Demonstrated experience developing or improving SOPs, internal controls, and accounting processes
• 
  
• Experience leading process improvement, automation, or finance transformation initiatives
• 
  
• Experience working within a growing, complex, or multi-location organization preferred
• 
  
• CPA or other relevant professional certification is a plus
