Division Accounting Manager Opportunities (Two Separate Roles)Nebraska - Occasional travel to bordering state plant12.5% bonus - presently paying out yearly at 130% to bonus goal.Our client is hiring 2 Accounting Managers to support our growing Finance organization. These are separate roles — candidates may apply to the Reporting or Cost Accounting.Reporting Accounting ManagerResponsibilities:Lead monthly/quarterly close and financial reportingPrepare financial statements and corporate reporting packagesEnsure GAAP compliance and strong internal controlsManage reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit supportDrive reporting improvements and standardizationQualifications:Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA/MBA preferred5–10 years of reporting experienceStrong GAAP and ERP skills (SAP/Oracle)Cost Accounting ManagerResponsibilities:Lead standard costing, cost rolls, and annual updatesManage inventory accounting and variance analysis (PPV, labor, overhead)Analyze manufacturing performance and cost driversSupport budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvementStrengthen cost controls and ERP utilizationQualifications:Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CMA/MBA preferred5–10 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturingStrong costing, inventory, and ERP skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
