Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager – M&A:
• Lead M&A due diligence, including financial analysis and data room management
• Oversee accounting operations and review financial deliverables
• Support deal execution and coordinate with legal, banking, and executive teams
• Drive post-merger integration across systems and financial processes
• Review financial statements and quality of earnings analyses
• Implement and enforce accounting policies and process improvements


Qualifications for the Accounting Manager – M&A:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or in progress preferred)
• 5–7 years of experience in public, corporate accounting, or transaction advisory
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, corporate structures, and M&A processes
• Experience with financial analysis and due diligence support
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and accounting workflow oversight
• Ability to work onsite and travel for integration projects
