Accounting Manager

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 Base + 5% Target Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Lead and manage the month-end close process and ensure GAAP compliance
• Support annual audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Identify and implement accounting process improvements and internal controls
• Review and approve accounting transactions and financial information
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff while partnering with the Corporate Controller on department initiatives

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
