Accounting Manager

Salary range: $115K - $150K

• Lead the accounting team and drive the month-end close process.

• Partner directly with the Treasurer and senior leadership on key financial initiatives.

• Oversee daily accounting operations and manage department staff.

• Lead monthly close activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

• Review balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Coordinate external audits and support tax and regulatory reporting requirements.
• 
  
• Analyze revenue, expenses, inventory activity, accounts receivable, and other financial trends while identifying process improvement opportunities.

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 
  
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 
  
• 5+ years of accounting management experience.
• 
  
• CPA preferred, not required.
• 
  
• Strong financial reporting, general ledger, audit, and accounting systems expertise.
