Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting operations and provide guidance and support to team members as the Accounting Manager.

• Manage monthly close activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting responsibilities as the Accounting Manager.

• Review balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
• 
  
• Coordinate annual audits and partner with leadership on tax reporting, regulatory filings, and financial analysis.

• Serve as the Accounting Manager responsible for monitoring receivables, analyzing financial results, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with executive leadership on financial planning, reporting enhancements, and special projects.

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 
  
• 15+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience supporting financial reporting and accounting operations.
• 
  
• 5+ years of experience as an Accounting Manager or in a comparable accounting leadership position.
• 
  
• Proven success leading month-end close processes, general ledger activities, and financial statement preparation as an Accounting Manager.
• 
  
• Experience supporting audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• 
  
• CPA preferred for candidates seeking to excel in this Accounting Manager opportunity.
