Target Compensation:110k-135k

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, cash flow, and banking relationships
• Oversee monthly and year-end close processes, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
• Coordinate with external CPA firm on annual audits and tax-related activities
• Ensure payroll transactions are accurately processed and recorded through third-party providers
• Partner with sales tax vendors and monitor multi-state sales tax nexus compliance

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• 5-10 years of Accounting Manager experience
• Experience working with external CPA firms on audits and tax matters
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, CRM systems, and advanced spreadsheet reporting
• Experience managing accounting operations, banking activities, and financial reporting
