This position is fully onsite and offers a clear path to executive leadership.What You'll DoLead and manage a small accounting team of 4–5 employeesOversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controlsMonitor project budgets, job costing, and financial performance across active projectsSupport bid proposal financial analysis and forecastingOversee payroll processes, including union‑related payroll considerationsEnsure accurate reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standardsPartner with leadership to support strategic financial planning and decision‑makingUtilize ERP systems, including VISTA/Trimble, to maintain accurate financial dataWhat We're Looking For6–10 years of accounting or financial management experience within the construction industryPrior leadership experience managing or mentoring accounting staffExperience working in a union employee environmentStrong understanding of job costing, project budgeting, payroll, and financial reportingExperience with VISTA / Trimble ERP strongly preferredCPA preferredComfortable working onsite 5 days per weekExperience in a family‑owned or entrepreneurial business environment is a plusGrowth OpportunityThis role offers strong long‑term growth potential, with the expectation of developing into a CFO‑level position within 1.5–3 years for the right candidate.#J-18808-Ljbffr
