Accounting Manager - OnsiteResponsibilitiesDaily monitoring of banking accounts and managing cash flow for corporate office, company‑owned center and affiliate companiesPrepare and draft monthly Royalty Fees, National Advertising Fees, Rent, Mortgages, Property Taxes.Support Area Manager in accounting/bookkeepingPrepare monthly financial statements.Work in conjunction with our HR to prepare and submit monthly payroll.Collect and review monthly financial statements from owners, benchmark and track the financial health of the system, providing feedback when requestedUpdate and track National Advertising spend and submit monthly report to CEO and Director of OperationsMonthly reconciliation of credit cards and/or other various accountsGather tax information in preparation for annual company audit and CPA prepared tax returnsMain accounting and financial person located in this corporate office.RequirementsBachelors Degree in Accounting or FinanceERP system experienceCPA license highly desiredAny public accounting experience a plusBase salary up to $100k plus benefits.Apply online#J-18808-Ljbffr
