Accounting Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Controller/Accounting Manager Consultant with experience across various industries to join our team at NOW CFO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, assistant controllership, accounting, and financial analysis, and be able to provide consulting services to a diverse range of clients, the ideal candidate should have public accounting experience.

Candidates must be local to Orlando, FL, Tampa, FL OR Atlanta, GA to be considered

Full Time: $105k-$115k

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting manager/controller accounting, or related roles.
- Proven experience working as a consultant in various industries.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QBO) multiple ERP's and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistant controller and accounting services to clients in various industries.
- Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
- Assist clients with financial decision-making by offering sound advice and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to achieve financial goals.
- Continuously assess and improve accounting processes and procedures.
- Handle other accounting-related tasks and projects as needed.
