Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Monitor, analyze, and forecast company cash flows to support liquidity and business planning.
• The Accounting Manager will manage income tax preparation processes and coordinate with external tax advisors.
• Lead accounting staff, assign projects, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Administer treasury management relationships and oversee banking activities.
• Coordinate annual audits and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5-7 years of accounting management experience; real estate industry experience preferred.
• Strong background in financial reporting, cash flow management, and tax compliance.
• Experience with Sage Timberline, Yardi, and advanced Excel skills preferred.
