We're looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, job costing, and WIP analysis across multiple entities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diving into the details while helping drive financial accuracy and business success.

What You'll Do:

• Manage accounting operations, controls, and financial reporting
• Lead month-end and period-end close processes
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Analyze job costs and maintain WIP schedules
• Oversee treasury activities and sales tax compliance
• File state and federal payroll tax returns for multiple states
• Ensure accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance

What You Need:

Bachelor's Degree

Manufacturing accounting experience

Cost Accounting & Job Costing expertise

Work-in-Progress (WIP) experience

Sales Tax knowledge
