Target Compensation:

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager, Shared Services:

• Standardize AP, AR, cash application, and accounting processes across multiple entities
• Lead integration of acquired businesses into shared services, systems, and reporting structures
• Drive ERP optimization, automation initiatives, and Chart of Accounts governance
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and GAAP-compliant processes
• Lead and develop the shared services team while supporting month-end close and reporting activities

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager, Shared Services:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
• Experience in multi-entity accounting or shared services environments
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives
• Systems implementation experience; Acumatica experience is a plus
