Key Responsibilities

\n

• \n
• Review and analyze property-level financial statements
• \n
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• \n
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff
• \n
• Oversee accounts payable, payroll, journal entries, and intercompany transactions
• \n
• Assist with partnership accounting and distribution calculations
• \n
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and projections
• \n
• Support tax reporting and compliance activities
• \n
• Partner with operations and senior leadership on financial initiatives
• \n
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• \n
• Work with lenders, auditors, and other external stakeholders as needed
• \n

Ideal Background

• Accounting leadership or supervisory experience
• \n
• Real estate, property accounting, or partnership accounting experience preferred
• \n
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills
• \n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• \n
• Desire to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility

Compensation

• Base salary range: $120K-$150K
• \n
• This compensation range is a good faith estimate of the expected wage range you can expect to be paid upon hire
