- REMOTE SCHEDULE - MUST BE LOCATED IN HOUSTON (10-20% travel)
- $120-$125k total compensation

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Direct supervision of a team of 3 employees.
- Oversight of month/year-end closing processes.
- Management of monthly external financial reporting.
- Coordination of annual external audits.
- Collaborating with business leaders to offer support for various projects and initiatives.
- Evaluation and enhancement of accounting procedures.
- Partnership with the VP Divisional Controller to establish departmental objectives and track key performance indicators.
- Development and mentorship of departmental staff.
- Coordination of audit activities.
- Completion of other assigned duties.
QUALIFICATIONS: - 5-7 years of experience in accounting supervision.
- Experience in process improvement is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills, self-initiative, and a strong team player.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information across departments.
- Excellent communication skills.
