We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the day-to-day accounting function and partner closely with leadership and operations. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Accountant ready to take the next step or an experienced Accounting Manager looking for a hands-on role with real visibility across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

• Oversee month-end close, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation

  
  
• 
  

• Partner with operations and leadership on inventory, manufacturing costs, margins, and financial performance

  
  
• 
  

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting

  
  
• 
  

• Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting systems

  
  
• 
  

• Manage audit support and serve as a key accounting resource across the organization

  
  
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  
  
• 
  

• Accounting management or senior-level accounting experience within manufacturing

  
  
• 
  

• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close

  
  
• 
  

• Experience with inventory and cost accounting in a manufacturing environment

  
  
• 
  

• Strong Excel and ERP/accounting systems experience

  
  
•
