Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and improve financial processes
• Manage month-end and year-end close activities and financial reporting
• Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• 2+ years of accounting leadership or management experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and month-end close processes
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
• Proven ability to manage accounting operations in a growing organization
