Direct Hire Accounting/Operations Manager opportunity!

We’re looking for a detail oriented, highly organized professional to manage financial operations, HR and payroll support, compliance reporting, and general office administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys handling a wide variety of responsibilities that keep the business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage A/R and A/P processes, including posting payments, processing ACH/wires, reconciling credit cards, and balancing the checkbook
  • Review weekly aging reports and oversee collections
  • Prepare monthly sales tax filings, track and calculate sales commissions, and support monthly financial reconciliations
  • Maintain compliance with IFTA, DOT, UCR, FMCSA, and other regulatory requirements
  • Renew licenses and contracts
  • Oversee payroll and employee benefits administration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience in accounting, HR, Payroll and office operations
  • Proficiency with financial systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with IFTA, DOT, UCR, and FMCSA regulations is a plus
