    Description

    Analyze product delivery and supply chain processes to identify or recommend changes.Manage route activity including invoicing, electronic bills, and shipment tracing.Monitor all cycle count programs and make sure that all operating systems work consistency and accuracy.Maintain all variance records of procedures and ensures the accuracy of product transferring from one place to another place such as but not limited to: moving products from pier to the warehouse.Prepare and update vendors' products' documentation.Determines optimal security of all products and arranges for shipment to customers.Monitor, identify problems, provide solutions and maintain tools for all inventory control processes and documents.Education, Experience, and Skills Required: Educational Requirements: Master's in Supply Chain Mgt or Logistics Management, or closely related Master's degree.NO experience required.JOB TITLE: PURCHASER Job descriptions: Use enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, Intuit QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel to analyze sales records, market trends, and economic conditions to anticipate consumer buying patterns and determine what the company will sell and how much inventory is needed.Negotiate prices, payment terms, and transportation arrangements with foreign suppliers; process purchase orders; calculate free on board (FOB) prices and costs of goods sold (COGS); recommend markup percentages, selling prices, and sales promotion for resale to wholesale customers.Represent the company in negotiating contracts, formulating policies, filing claims with foreign suppliers, and resolving vendor complaints and grievances.Prepare and compile requisite documents to conform and coordinate with related foreign government agencies at ports of origin, and USDA, FDA, FWS, CBP, ocean freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping insurance companies, and container terminalsEducation, Experience, and Skills Required: Education and Experience requirements: ASSOCIATE OR BACHELOR DEGREE in Business Administration OR any closely related business degree OR 2 years of work experience in job offerJOB TITLE: ACCOUNTING Job descriptions: Receives, approves, and, when necessary, investigates vendor/client's accounts receivable invoices.Communicates (both in verbal and written form) with clients, vendor, suppliers and banking contacts.Keeps track of company assets, inventory items.Keeps track and handles client account receivable, follow up client payment, keeps control A/R turn over.Bank reconciliation daily and monthly.Keeps track, record, verify receipts, process payment all company credit cards.Prepares appropriate schedules and reports as requested by management.Education, Experience, and Skills Required: Minimum of 1 -2 years responsible in accounting/ bookkeeping experience.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.Knowledge in QuickBooks program is a plus.Ability to communicate in Thai is a plus.Must be able to keep client or company matters strictly confidential.Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.JOB TITLE: COMPUTER SUPPORT SPECIALIST Job descriptions: Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
