Job Description
This full-time, on-site role supports daily Accounting and Payroll with ADP Workforce. The position also partners closely with finance and leadership to support accurate reporting and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Accounting operations.
- Accounts Payable
- Collaborate with manager for accounting practices.
- Report HR Director to support reporting accuracy and operational alignment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with ADP payroll processes, time and attendance systems, and basic HRIS platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
