Process Customer Payments: Handle daily customer checks, wires, and ACH remittances. Assist internal and external customers to ensure timely invoice payments. Serve as a subject matter expert in accounts receivable Process Invoices and Support Accounts Payable: Process invoices promptly and assist customers to ensure timely processing. Support Accounts Payable by reviewing vendor payment documentation before release. Act as a subject matter expert in accounts payable Maintain Customer Accounts: Manage accounts receivable banking data for customer accounts Perform Financial Analysis: Conduct initial financial analysis of accounts receivable invoices and customer billing data for business owners and senior management Assist with Audits: Support internal and external auditors with requests related to accounts receivables
