Reports to: AP/AR Accounting Supervisor

Nonexempt Hourly Rate:

$24.50

Full-time - Nonexempt

Hours:

MON through FRI 7a - 3:30p (A)

General Description:

Job responsibilities:

AR Daily domestic & export invoicing

Complete Transfer orders to 3rd parties

3rd party domestic and export invoicing

AR GVA invoicing (sister plant)

AP invoice tracking & coding

AP customer service (internal & external)

Filing and recall of invoices as needed

Other duties assigned

Systems Used: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, ECS, SAP, and a 10-key calculator are used daily. General computer knowledge, effective communication skills, & the ability to multi-task are required.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Recommended 6 Months office experience

Microsoft Office proficiency

Weekend availability is required

Ability to multi-task

Strong Attention to detail

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
