The Accounting Specialist plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and client satisfaction through effective project billing and support. Ideally we are looking for a candidate who is detail oriented and comfortable working with project managers and high level executives

Responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist:
• the Accounting Specialist is going to be focused on billing, setting up projects aligning, billing terms with contracts
• Collaborate with team members to gather and verify billing data
• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly invoices in accordance with contract requirements
• Provide occasional cross-functional support to the accounting team

Requirements for the Accounting Specialist:
• Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of billing/accounting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
