Accountant Specialist
Dallas, TX
100% Onsite

Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts receivable, cash application, account reconciliation, and other general accounting tasks.
Monitor customer accounts, outstanding balances, collections, and credit status, and follow up or escalate issues as needed.
Research and resolve account discrepancies and other accounting-related issues.
Assist with month-end closing, account analysis, reporting, and preparation of supporting schedules.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and other parties as needed to support accounting operations.
Support audit, tax, and other financial data requests as needed.
Perform other accounting, finance, and administrative duties or special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of accounting experience preferred.
Working knowledge of accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP/SAP experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary	$36–$38 Per Hour
