Accounting Specialist

City Wide Facility Solutions of Central Kentucky is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Specialist to support our growing operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring high-quality results across assigned accounts.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while communicating effectively with clients and independent cleaning partners.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or operations (service industry preferred)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to problem-solve and think proactively

Comfortable working both in the field and in an office setting

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
