The Accounting Specialist supports the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the organization"s financial records, with primary responsibility for accounts payable operations, vendor payments, expense activity, reconciliations, and related month-end close tasks. This position works closely with Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and operational teams to ensure invoices and disbursements are appropriately authorized, accurately coded, properly supported, and recorded in the correct accounting period.
