We are strengthening our internal accounting function to support continued growth and operational discipline.About the RoleCAM Property Services is hiring a hands‑on Accounting Supervisor to take ownership of our day‑to‑day accounting operations. This role is responsible for executing and controlling core accounting transactions, including AP, ACH payments , and cash activity , while maintaining the integrity of the general ledger and month‑end close .This is not a review‑only or junior bookkeeping role. You will work directly with our external accounting advisory firm and serve as the internal owner of accounting execution, accuracy, and discipline .ResponsibilitiesOwn the general ledger (QuickBooks)Execute and manage month‑end closePrepare and post journal entries, accruals, and reclassesPerform and complete bank & credit card reconciliationsInvoice review, coding, and entryACH and check paymentsManage cash activity, including:Recording and reconciling depositsEnsuring proper application of receiptsEnsure accurate revenue and expense classificationMonitor and resolve aging, discrepancies, and coding issuesMaintain tight controls over cash disbursements and inflowsCoordinate with external advisors on:Monthly close review – Aspire QuickBooksAdjustments and reportingSupport leadership with accurate, timely financial dataQualifications7+ years of accounting / bookkeeping experienceAdvanced QuickBooks (Desktop or Online)Required SkillsOwning the general ledgerRunning month‑end closeExecuting full‑cycle APHandling cash, ACH, and bank transactionsStrong understanding of internal controls around cash and disbursementsHigh attention to detail and accountabilityPreferred SkillsExperience in property services, construction, or field servicesExperience with Aspire (CRM) a ServiceTitan companyExposure to job costing or class trackingExperience working alongside external CPAs or advisorsPay range and compensation package$80,000 – $105,000 (DOE) Plus annual bonusPaid vacation and sick time401K with company matchEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
