Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Supervisor:

• Supervise and mentor accounting team members

• Prepare, review, and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• 
  
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• 
  
• Analyze financial and operational data, including cost and trend analysis
• 
  
• Assist with annual audit preparation and supporting documentation

• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance reporting and accuracy

Qualifications for the Accounting Supervisor:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
