    Accounting Support

    $22–$26/hr (based on experience)
    Full-Time | On-Site

    About the Role

    Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Support professional to assist with day-to-day financial operations in a fast-paced personal injury law firm. This role is critical to maintaining accurate records, supporting trust accounting compliance, and ensuring timely processing of payments and financial documentation.

    Key Responsibilities

    Process accounts payable, vendor invoices, and expense reimbursements
    Code expenses accurately by case, department, and cost type
    Assist with trust accounting support and case cost tracking
    Post deposits and support settlement receipt processing
    Support bank, credit card, and trust account reconciliations
    Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records
    Assist with month-end close and reporting support
    Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all financial controls

    What Were Looking For

    2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support experience
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    Ability to follow established financial controls and procedures
    Comfortable handling confidential financial information
    Strong organizational and time-management skills
    Intermediate computer skills (Excel required)

    Law firm, trust accounting, or professional services experience preferred
