We're seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join a growing team in Lake Forest!

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and maintain accurate AP records
  • Match, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices
  • Resolve billing discrepancies
  • Assist with payment processing and account reconciliation
  • Support month-end accounting activities

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
