• Creating and maintaining bill uploads.
• Entering approved bills into the financial system.
• Performing account reconciliations.
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities in large data files.
• Assisting in general job costing and analysis.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or 5 years of applicable experience allowed in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to communicate clearly with others.
• Displays high levels of organization.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Experience handling large data files is a plus.
