Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk will focus primarily on recording accounts payable and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.  The position has a large growth opportunity, so the task-load may diversify and increase as comfort with initial responsibilities cements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to CFO;
• Review clerical records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness;
• Timely payments to vendors;
• Timely recording of payables.

Job Requirements:

• Automotive industry experience preferred;
• Previous experience  with CDK (Dealer Management Software) preferred;
• Punctuality;
• Good communication and organizational skills;
• Professional appearance.
