Job Description
We are seeking a full-time detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our growing finance team! In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, managing payment approvals, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will play an important role in keeping our accounts payable operations running smoothly while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities
- Process, review, and verify incoming invoices using QuickBooks and ServiceTitan, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Manage invoice approvals and communicate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and outstanding issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of accounts payable transactions, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.
- Assist with tracking outstanding invoices and following up on pending approvals as needed.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes, streamline workflows, and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Provide general support to the finance team as needed.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in accounts payable.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and basic Excel skills are required.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar type of industry related software is a plus.
- Accurate data entry processing.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when processing financial information.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion, and have the ability to remain focused in a dynamic environment.
- A dependable, self-motivated approach to work and a willingness to learn and improve processes.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
