Accounts Payable Coordinator

What You'll Do

• Process and reconcile vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payments

• Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams

• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate records

• Support freight and expense invoice processing

• Maintain organized AP documentation and files

• Assist with additional accounting and administrative projects as needed

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience

• Experience working in a high-volume environment

• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs

• ERP/accounting software experience

• Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused professional

Pay: $28.97 to $30.14 an hour doe

Schedule: 40 hours per week, fully onsite In Emeryville, CA.
