Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Coordinator role?



  • Manage the Accounts Payable inbox and respond to vendor and internal inquiries.

  • Process invoices and maintain accurate vendor records.

  • Follow up with vendors regarding invoice status, payment questions, and account discrepancies.

  • Assist with month-end closing activities and related accounting tasks.

  • Support additional accounting and administrative projects as needed.


Qualifications For the Accounts Payable Coordinator:



  • Previous Accounts Payable or accounting support experience.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Sage 300 is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
