Target Compensation: $25-30 per hour commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Coordinator:

• 
  
• Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely entry into the accounting system
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Assist with weekly check runs, ACH payments, and vendor payment inquiries
  • Maintain organized AP records and support month-end close activities

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Coordinator:

• 
  
• At least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience and/or an Accounting degree
  • Experience processing invoices and reconciling vendor accounts
  • Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems/ERP platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Holmdel, NJ – Hybrid; (3 days onsite per week, flexible days). Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
