Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• 
  
• Perform invoice matching, coding, and three-way matching procedures.
• 
  
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related issues.
• 
  
• Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• 
  
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records.
• 
  
• Assist with month-end close activities and provide additional accounting support as needed.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 1+ years of Accounts Payable, Accounting Assistant, or related accounting experience preferred.
• 
  
• Experience with invoice processing, account reconciliations, and vendor communication.
• 
  
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• 
  
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• 
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
•
