Accounts Payable Coordinator

Overview

Evolver is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to support the customer's Accounts Payable & Expense team. The coordinator will provide accounts payable reconciliation and support services, including the responsibilities outlined below.

Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and verify invoices and expense reports accurately and on time.
• Process PO-based and non-PO invoices, including matching PO-based invoices to purchase orders.
• Perform weekly credit card reconciliation.
• Communicate with third-party vendors to resolve discrepancies in invoice amounts.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding payment actions.
• Prepare and maintain reports as needed or requested.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks.

Basic Qualifications

• PO-based invoice processing: 2+ years of hands-on experience with 2- or 3-way matching of invoices to purchase orders, including resolving price, quantity, and receipt discrepancies.
• Workday Financials (AP): 2 years of experience processing supplier invoices in Workday.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience with invoice OCR or automated invoice intake is a plus.

Actual salary will depend on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, market and work location. The annual salary for this position in the San Francisco Bay Area is $60,000.
