Accounts Payable

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with an immediate start. This position is fully onsite, working four days per week in Mahwah and one day per week in Bedminster. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle accounts payable experience and be comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include processing high-volume check runs, handling ACH payments, managing expenses, and overseeing the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice matching, batching, and coding.

Requirements:

• Full-cycle accounts payable experience
• Experience with high-volume check runs and ACH payments
• Knowledge of invoice matching, batching, coding, and expense processing
• Availability to start as soon as possible
